We are always looking for experienced and reliable subcontractors to join our team. There are a number of reasons why ISGM is the place to be.
At ISGM we understand the importance of attracting and retaining the best people, so we offer appropriate rates, incentives and rewards. ISGM is committed to paying a consistent, fair and competitive schedule of rates for all subcontractors. Subcontractors will be paid appropriately according to their skill level. Industry feedback suggests that in most cases this will mean an increase to current subcontractor rates. Invoices will also be paid weekly via electronic funds transfer (EFT) into nominated bank accounts.
Offering competitive rates for subcontractors is a vital element in driving performance. We also offer a number of incentives that are designed to recognise and reward high performance. We believe that rewarding subcontractors will have a positive flow through to the customer experience.

Teamwork — ISGM subcontractors are a part of a team all focussed on achieving the same goals. Team Managers employed by ISGM are located in offices in metropolitan and major regional areas to ensure a consistent and team based approach.
